This agreement is between all workshop attendees and LA LU PHOTO.

In exchange for adequate and valuable consideration, The Attendee agrees to these terms for the following workshop as follows:

La Lu Photo - In home workshop

1 day workshop

1.    Position. La Lu Photo agrees to deliver The Attendee a full day workshop (7 hours) with 1x portfolio building photo session.

2.    Any advice given by La Lu Photo is from personal experience and is not a substitute for legal advice. The information provided in La Lu Photo - In home workshop is not legal advice, but general information on legal issues commonly encountered. La Lu Photo is not a law firm and is not a substitute for an attorney or law firm. Communications between you and La Lu Photo are protected by our Privacy Policy, but are not protected by the attorney-client privilege or work product doctrine. La Lu Photo cannot provide legal advice and can only provide self-help services at your specific direction; La Lu Photo cannot provide any kind of advice, explanation, opinion, or recommendation to a consumer about possible legal rights, remedies, defences, options, selection of forms or strategies.

3.    Equipment. The Attendee is responsible for providing all of the equipment of use with which to complete the workshop unless agreed upon otherwise. Equipment required includes a camera body, lenses and anything else used by The Attendee at a photo session.

4.    Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure. The Attendee understands that all materials, including but not limited to, questionnaires, general information, price lists, contracts, financial documents, agreements, and other information or verbal or documents that are given to them in the course of La Lu Photo - In home workshop are the exclusive property of La Lu Photo - In home workshop and are privileged and confidential information. The Attendee shall not disclose, whether for compensation or not, the confidential information obtained from La Lu Photo - In home workshop to anyone unless required to do so by law. La Lu Photo also agrees in mutual confidentiality and any information provide to La Lu Photo - In home workshop by The Attendee will not be disclosed.

5.    Transfers/Refunds. All payments are non-refundable. La Lu Photo - In home workshop is non-refundable. La Lu Photo - In home workshop fee can however be transferred to another Attendee.

6.    Cancellation. La Lu Photo - In home workshop shall make every effort to give The Attendee advanced notice of any changes. In the event that La Lu Photo - In home workshop is cancelled, La Lu Photo will provide notice to The Attendee as soon as practicable. La Lu Photo - In home workshop is not liable for damages incurred in reliance on this agreement (including but not limited to air fares and accommodation). In the event that La Lu Photo - In home workshop is cancelled indefinitely, a full refund will be provided. 

7.    Non-Compete. While we understand that attendees will proceed with their own mentoring or workshops following the completion of La Lu Photo - In home workshop. We do ask that attendees do so with integrity and originality and honour out teachings as being ours and don't replicate our workshop for your own gain. 

8.    Schedule. La Lu Photo - In home workshop schedule is subject to change and no adjustment/proration of fees shall be applied if the schedule changes due to extenuating circumstances.

9.    The Attendee Preparation. The Attendee is required to have basic working knowledge of a professional camera (DSLR) . The Attendee shall complete and submit any assigned pre-work to La Lu Photo at least 2 days prior to La Lu Photo - In home workshop.

10.   Insurance and Legalities. The Attendee shall provide to La Lu Photo, prior to start of the workshop, evidence of current business formation and liability insurance.

11.   Recording. The Attendee shall not capture La Lu Photo - In home workshop in any capacity, including but not limited to voice recording, tape recording, photography, etc. La Lu Photo - In home workshop does allow for some behind-the-scenes video / still-photography to occur. Any footage created at the workshop and then shared during or after in any capacity must include the wording “taken at La Lu Photo - In home workshop”.

12.   Photographic Materials. La Lu Photo - In home workshop includes practicing photography on models, The Attendee shall be allowed to publish the photographs as their own original work. The Attendee shall identify all photographs taken during La Lu Photo - In home workshop as “taken during La Lu Photo - In home workshop” 

13.   Cooperative Attitude. The Attendee shall retain a cooperative attitude throughout the course of La Lu Photo - In home workshop. At any time, The Attendee acts uncooperative La Lu Photo - In home workshop shall terminate the attendance and retain all fees. Cooperation includes, but is not limited to, online and in-person decorum whether directed at La Lu Photo - In home workshop or a third party in reference to La Lu Photo - In home workshop.

14.   Waivers. A waiver by either party of any provision of this Agreement in any instance shall not be deemed a continuing waiver for the future.

15.   Indemnification. La Lu Photo - In home workshop shall be held harmless for all injury to The Attendee and The Attendees business and equipment during the course of La Lu Photo - In home workshop.

16.   Miscellany. This Agreement incorporates the entire understanding of the parties. Any modifications of this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties. Any waiver of a breach or default hereunder shall not be deemed a waiver of a subsequent breach or default of either the same provision or any other provision of this Agreement. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Western Australia.

17.   Resolution. The Attendee shall first approach La Lu Photo - In home workshop as to any issues related to La Lu Photo - In home workshop. Failure to do so will result in legal action.
